Prototype Manufacturing

Prototype ManufacturingPrototyping is an technical art of turning a product idea into reality and we Kaynes Technology do help you in changing your idea into reality. PM is first step to check your product in all aspects it's asthetics, reliability , Quality, functionality , actual cost, packaging etc…

Requirement of Prototyping depends on the desire for end result. PM can be done in different ways:-

Proof–of–Concept Prototyping

This type of prototype demonstrates the key functionality of the product and resolves the main technical aspects of the design. It is not intended to look like the final product and will make use of existing 'off-the-shelf' components, where possible. A proof of concept prototype is unlikely to be made from production grade materials

Virtual Prototyping

Prototype ManufacturingGetting idea of product through drawing or any image or details of product after design like BOM , specification , documented Report.

Model Prototyping

Having product in hand as sample and produce further which does not need any further BOM or drawing .(Which Kaynes Technology does most)

M/S Kaynes Technology India Pvt. Ltd. Has undertake PM for different functionality modules for our esteem customers followed by mass manufacturing. We at Kaynes can handle and support volumes of Mass Manufacturing from 05 to 1000's view our capabilities and varied infrastructure of contract manufacturing, Services and R & D. We have handled volumes of quantity 05 to 300 at Mumbai SBU and beyond that at Mysore/ One of our strategic Business units at other Eight Manufacturing Units in Six Locations all across India. Some of the Units that we have developed from design , prototype and Manufacturing stages are:

    Prototype Manufacturing
  1. Equipment that generates and uses various range of frequencies to detect defects in a major transportation System. The equipment is widely used in the transportation system in the Indian Government.
  2. A Power Supply that generates various outputs ranging from +/- 5 Volts, +/- 12 Volts, +/- 24 Volts using a single AC/DC input.
  3. A Processor Based Card that is used to control the liquid/ gas dispensing system functionality.
